Cake Pops

I enrolled myself in a Cake Pop class at Bake-It-Yourself  last month, my first attempt in 
achieving the Domestic Goddess level which is #2 on my list.

For those who might not be aware what Cake Pops are - it's a cake on a stick formed into a ball, 
dipped in icing.

The class lasted two hours, there were five of us in the class and I was the only total baker/decorating beginner. I felt a bit out of place at first because there was a lot of baking jargon flying all over the 
place and I was absolutely clueless. Nevertheless, I had so much fun! 

The world is taken by storm by the cake pop fever. Even Starbucks are selling them now! 

Popularised by the mom blogger from America, Bakerella - she has started a cake pop revolution! Curious? She has video tutorials on her website and in Youtube. She also just 
recently launched a book - Cake Pop.
